Multinutrient infusion

In certain conditions such as malabsorption, chronic fatigue or leaky gut syndrome, essential nutrients do not get absorbed efficiently across the gut lining.

It becomes useful to give these nutrients intravenously, thus bypassing the gut altogether. The outcome may be better energy or an ability to tolerate more variety of foods by mouth.

The multinutrient infusion comprises vitamin C, several vitamin B types, glutathione [which cannot be assimilated by mouth in any case], magnesium, potassium, zinc, manganese and selenium.
