Combine these essential oils in the proportions given and use in your favourite type of diffuser.
(We prefer cold-air diffusers to retain maximum therapeutic benefit from the essential oils.)
- 1 part Myrtle [Myrtus communis]
- 1 part Lemon Eucalyptus [Eucalyptus citriodora]
- 2 parts Himalayan Cedarwood [Cedrus deodara]
- 1 part Tulsi/sacred basil [Ocimum sanctum]
- 2 parts Frankincense [Boswellia carterii]
- 1 part Clary Sage [Salvia sclarea]
Mix well and add 8 drops or multiples of 8 to diffuser. [8 = as above, so below]
